Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required for a cancellation
If your appointment is at 10 AM on Tuesday, then your stylist should be contacted Monday morning.
There is a 10 minute grace period to account for traffic, etc. After 15 minutes, you will be counted as a no-show and advised to reschedule.
*Without 24hrs notice, the price of the service missed will be charged ( This applies to no-shows as well )
Policy on Children
Children must have an appointment to be present in the salon.
They are not permitted to be present during anyone else's appointment time.
Detangling and Prep
(New Curly Clients and Returning Dry Cut Clients)
Come with your hair completely down/loose, styled and dry.
Please, no wet hair or stretching, headbands, braids, twists, puffs, pins, clips, etc.
Co-wash, cleanse and/ or condition and detangle your hair before your appointment.
Hair should be worn in your normal style so your stylist can see your natural curl pattern.
Products are preferred, as long as they are not too crunchy, tacky, gummy, etc.
Two day hair is acceptable as long as it is not stretched and represents your natural curl pattern.
*Clients who need extensive detangling will be charged your Curl Specialist's hourly rate.
